The room was clean and comfy, with a fridge and all the basics like a hairdryer and flat-screen TV. Great location near restaurants and shops. Super friendly staff and even a Starbucks on-site. Plus, the fireworks view from the ninth floor was such a treat!

I loved staying here because everything from restaurants to attractions was just a short walk away, like ICON Park and Dave & Buster's, making my weekend strolls super easy and enjoyable; plus, the room was spacious, clean and offered a great view for relaxing after exploring. The hotel could improve on their check-in experience, as the staff seemed a bit unhelpful at times.

The location is fantastic—walking distance to restaurants and right by the I-Ride trolley. The breakfast buffet was a solid choice, and the convenience store on site was handy. Staff were friendly and quick to resolve a bathroom issue. our request for a quiet room fell flat; we faced highway noise and ended up sleep-deprived. Check-in was frustrating, with a rude encounter and billing hiccups at checkout. The roof work was bothersome but manageable. It’s a mixed bag of great amenities and some operational shortcomings. Would consider returning, just with clarified expectations.

A commendable experience. The buffet breakfast was delightful, and the staff radiated friendliness. Proximity to various attractions and eateries is a major plus. Enjoying the free shuttle to Universal was a highlight. The pool area is well-maintained, cleaned daily, and convenient with pool towels provided. some drawbacks exist. There were noise disturbances from nearby traffic. The room cleanliness needs improvement; the carpets require shampooing. the refrigerator malfunctioned, and beds could use an upgrade. Check-in delays and key issues were frustrating, coupled with inconsistent room quality. Still, with improvements in these areas, the potential for a superb stay is undeniable. Would return for a second chance.

The heating in the room was adequate, but the air conditioning in Block D was a bit noisy and disrupted our sleep. Unfortunately, there was no provision for tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been nice for a quick pick, me, up in the mornings. The sitting area was cozy, but the trouser press was missing, making it a bit challenging to keep our clothes neat and wrinkle, free. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to some major attractions, which we found very helpful. we were disappointed to learn that the shuttle service was only available for specific locations and not customizable to our needs. The room was equipped with free toiletries, which was a nice touch, but we did notice a lingering scent of men's cologne upon check, in, which was overwhelming at first. Thankfully, after airing out the room, the smell dissipated.

great value, great location with an exceptionally clean atmosphere and an accommodating staff that made our stay enjoyable, especially with the pet-friendly amenities and the convenience of nearby restaurants and shopping.

Chillin' at the hotel after jamming to that epic Disney music show with over 240 artists from all over was insane. So many visitors, so much hype! And bro, the theme parks were off the chain, talk about hospitality vibes on point!
Yo, one thing though, wish they cranked up the nightlife scene for us young party animals! A club or some sick night events would take it to the next level.

The room was clean, but it felt outdated with old rugs and furniture, which gave off an odd smell. Beds were okay, and daily cleaning was appreciated. the air conditioning was a significant issue; it blew hot air, making our stay uncomfortable. Noise from the ground floor was disruptive, with loud traffic from guests passing by. We were positioned far from the main amenities, which made accessing them a trek. Although there were friendly staff, slow check-in and no clear breakfast offers detracted from the experience. A higher floor would likely mitigate some noise issues.

Some noise and smoking from guests around the property. Limited bathroom space and difficulty getting out of the bathtub for some guests.

The location and parking were excellent, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. They offered a decent breakfast buffet for around $14 per person, which was a good value. Additionally, the property had good amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay during my Easter break.
I experienced some drawbacks during my visit. The washing machine and dryer were not functioning properly, causing inconvenience.

amazing location between universal and disney. walgreens opposite for amenities. nearby family activities. clean rooms with modern feel. friendly staff. lots of things to do around hotel. free parking.

As low-budget travelers, we had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. We loved the three different pool options, giving us variety during our stay. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels and a small fridge. The TV had lots of channels to choose from. It was a great value for money, and we can't wait to book again with our kids.
Check-in process was frustratingly long and the store on the property had inflated prices.

we love the location for restaurants and shopping. we really enjoyed the pool. the service in zebra's was excellent and we like shooting pool. we also appreciate that we are being reimbursed for that night of plumbing issue.
